We are looking for a Bureau Administrator to support the Head Office function of processing policy holder's claims.
The main roles and responsibilities of a Bureau Administrator are:
To provide administrative support duties to ensure all clients insurance claims are dealt with efficiently and effectively and comply with all relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Receive all new Instructions and ensure that they are recorded accurately on the Work Instruction System (WIS) and forwarded to the relevant regional base for action.
• Responsibility for transferring all new telephone calls from clients to the appropriate regional base
• To liaise with the Bureau Manager on a daily basis to ensure that workloads can be prioritised and targets met.
• Responsibilities for maintaining Client and Fax in boxes to ensure instructions have been processed.
• To undertake any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business and to accept such requests in a professional manner.
The core hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week worked Monday to Friday, however there is a requirement for Administrators to work on Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis.
