Customer Care

 

UKDN are committed to delivering the very highest levels of customer service to all of our clients. All staff are trained to deal with customers in a friendly yet professional manner. They are required to treat your property with the utmost respect and to keep you informed of the work they are doing at all times. Our technicians will undertake work in a safe manner and take every care to ensure that the area is safe for you and any visitors to your property by adequately screening off any open manholes and excavations.

Our staff will always wear appropriate uniform, have photographic identification with them and will arrive in a fully branded vehicle. They will arrive at your property at the time agreed, and will phone you if, due to some unforeseen event, they are running late.

Any excavations will be covered over at the end of each day and you will never be left without drainage overnight.

Operatives are not permitted to smoke on your premises, play loud music or park inconsiderately.

Whilst UKDN take pride in the work we do, we understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with the service you have received from us.
