All staff are regularly health screened and they, along with their vehicle and equipment, have full traceability. UKDN is fully ACoPApproved Code of Practice certificated to ensure that works are completed in accordance with health and safety requirements.

UKDN employ the latest pipe correlator and ground microphone techniques to detect leaks and impact moling or pipe bursting for their repair. Where this is not possible, water pipe leaks will be repaired by localised spot repair or open cut trench where full system replacement is needed.

UKDN are experienced in the replacement of lead pipes and work with a number of clients to meet their obligations under the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001.
