Our bespoke IT system has been created to enable incidents to be quickly and efficiently managed on behalf of clients, with the minimum inconvenience to all parties.

Comprehensive drainage surveys identify damage, whilst the subsequent investigation reports, produced to OS20 standards, identify whether it has been caused by accident, subsidence, wear and tear or misuse.

In all cases, the most cost effective solutions to return the drains to a serviceable condition are identified. In many cases this will be by one of a number of repair techniques. Where a repair is not possible or is uneconomic, a recommendation of replacement will be made, taking account of the need to reinstate the existing surfaces disturbed.

In addition, UKDN are able to provide a fully auditable clean water service - with a team of operatives and subcontractors that have not worked on drains for at least 3 months and from a fleet of dedicated vehicles - to ensure that there can be no cross contamination of supplies.
