UK Drainage Network are pleased to announce a new working partnership with Cheltenham Borough Homes. The move will see UKDN become the sole Drainage contractor for CBH with immediate effect.

The tender process involved UKDN pitching its service against 2 other competitors in the final round of the procurement process, but the quality of service & full claims management service offered by UKDN helped to win the contract.

CBH currently operate a housing stock in excess of 4,600 properties, and this new business win will be seen as another big success in UKDN’s ongoing drive to expand into the Housing Association & Local Authority market.

UKDN will service the drainage requirements of CBH through a combination of its National Response Centre and its Cardiff base. A specialist ‘satellite’ crew has also been set up to ensure that UKDN will be able to meet the KPI’s that have been agreed in advance.

UKDN have been pursuing new markets to work in over the last 12 months as a supplement to its large market share within the insurance sector. UKDN currently supplies drainage services to 9 of the top 12 UK insurers and everybody within UKDN is hoping for the success to continue in the new market sectors into 2010 and beyond.
