Billy joined UKDN in 2006 to manage the rapid growth of business in the North of England from the Bury base. He subsequently expanded the operation and opened additional bases in Wetherby and Paisley. The northern bases now account for around 20% of UKDN turnover.
Billy has more than 20 years experience in the insurance market both as a supplier and customer. He was involved in the setting up of a national glass and glazing replacement company, growing turnover from zero to £13 million over a three year period, and spent nine years with a leading insurer.
He is currently responsible for the implementation of uniformed operating processes and procedures throughout the recently formed group.
